Have you ever felt guilty for eating or sneaking some of your favorite desserts? If so, you’re just like Solonia’s mom! Back in 2020, her mom was pregnant and vegan. She craved many sweets but still wanted to maintain her vegan diet. She searched high and low for a place that offered good vegan or somewhat healthy desserts; however, she was unsuccessful, so she asked Solonia to make her a vegan cake. Thanks to her mom’s need for a vegan sweet and Solonia’s amazing baking skills, she was able to create ALMNDMLK, where she a passionate seventeen-year-old entrepreneur, bakes delicious mini vegan bundts that defy the stigma of “nasty” vegan treats
